New name and brand identity for ACT executive search consultancy

Canberra’s largest executive search consultancy to the Government sector, Beaumont&Beaumont have launched a new brand strategy and architecture, name and identity created by brand agency Hulsbosch.

For over 15 years, executive search and organisational services firm Beaumont&Beaumont (previously Gillian Beaumont Legal) have earned a reputation for delivering reliable market leading value with their professional services for legal, executive and government industries throughout Australia.

Together with Hulsbosch, Beaumont&Beaumont conducted an extensive strategic review informed by valuable input from internal and external audiences. Making plans for the future the research and insights informed a brand blueprint that enables the company to adapt and grow in a changing market environment.

The Hulsbosch brand approach repositions Beaumont&Beaumont strengthening the potential of its outstanding people, whose specialised knowledge and judgement consistently align candidates’ aspirations with organisations’ needs to achieve successful outcomes.

Beaumont&Beamont’s new corporate name acts as one united entity for the business, elevated from individuals and is supported by the equity that was already held in the company name. It was conceived to better reflect their overall diversity, multi-tier services and expansion of resources that are responsive to business opportunities.

Hulsbosch created a wordmark that tells a story of partnership by marrying a traditional font with a contemporary also incorporating the company’s heritage and future focus. Also featured in the Hulsbosch brand guidelines is a warm colour palette and new photography that portray the company’s personal touch in building enduring business relationships.
