CHALLENGE

Velocity Frequent Flyer is the world-class, award-winning loyalty program of Virgin Australia. The rapidly growing member base, and expanding product offering saw the need for Velocity to refresh the brand in order to align with the evolving business in Australia and New Zealand.

IDEA

We created a look and feel that is uniquely Velocity, whilst maintaining the spirit of the Virgin brand. New imagery and tone of voice brings to life Velocity's core values - making the brand experience more human, genuine, refreshingly different and meaningful for members. Included in the redesign are members' welcome packs, member cards, brochures, luggage tags, maintain-packs and letters. We also created a sleek, premium experience for Velocity Platinum and Gold members.
